28 Αυγ 2024 · Rosita contains only the natural Vitamins D and A actually in fresh Cod Oil, unlike Green Pasture which contains very little Vitamin D and has a poor A to D ratio. When the Weston Price Foundation did their own testing they found very little D in FCLO.
I have been using 'Rosita' cod liver oil which is supposed to be the purest, my usage has been with the intention of getting the Vitamin D & A in "complete forms" rather than the synthetically derived supplements.
