25 Μαρ 2011 · Unfortunately, I have been having a bad customer service experience with Ross. The drag gears on my Flystart reel wore out after a couple years, and I sent it to Ross expecting to have it repaired. Instead, someone from 3M contacted me, asking me to pay a fee (although they initially didn't say how much).
Frustrated with my Ross Reel. Discussion. I bought a Ross Animas a few months ago. Sadly other than its appearance (which is lovely) I have been largely disappointed with this reel. I had commented on this reel a few weeks ago regarding what I consider is a pretty big design flaw.
