Hulu offers a better value because of Hulu’s vast library of on demand shows as well as Disney and ESPN, but YouTube TV has more live channels and does a better job surfacing live shows on the home tab, and if you are an NFL fan, there’s a discount for Sunday Ticket.

Hulu if you don't need RSNs. Integrates really well with Hulu's core service (ads or no ads). YTTV (cheapest option) if picture quality isn’t a priority, you don't need RSNs, and you don't have any Roku's.
