10 Ιαν 2021 · Scripthook/SHvdotnet are 2 separate things. On a clean install - all 3 of these worked: Downloaded some mods with scripts. The last one is GTA V remastered, installed via OpenIV (changed dlclist file) and the game doesn't start anymore. Can add anything if necessary.
22 Μαρ 2016 · Mods that edit the common.rpf folder in the gta v directory won’t be able to bypass the update check that the launcher uses. Just turn off your internet before you launch the game or use “Mods” Folder feature. How to turn off the Iinternet: go to commandline.txt (inside folder game) and adds -scOfflineOnly.

So I downloaded the world of variety mod and installed it via openIV package installer. Everything went smoothly until I tried to run the game and then just the rockstar logo pops up and its loading the game and then just stops and nothing happens. How can I fix that?
Game will now boot fine, but can't progress past the "Loading Story Mode" screen. Attempts to call "sceNpManagerGetNetworkTime" as well as "cellNetCtlGetInfo (code=0x4 (INFO_LINK), info=*0x1e48f68)". These are both called on repeatedly and the game never finishes loading. I've attached a full log in case that is any help.

Update Graphics Driver to the latest version : Updating your Graphics Drivers to the latest version can also resolve this issue.
