I had a bitch of a time running anything satisfactorily on RPCS3 with my old i7-6700k and AMD R9 390. Recently upgraded to an i5-12600k and a 3060. “Playable” games run fantastic, full frames, 1440p+. With “In-Game” games it’s more touch and go. I’ve gotten a lot of them to load up and play but haven’t gone too far into any of them.

only running correctly on CPUs with avx-512 compatability (as this does not fit the expected specs list for rpcs3, a game will only be "playable" if it plays properly on all hardware that meets the minimum requirements)
Good news, loadable means that the games could only launch but not display any graphics, not even the intro/logo videos before reaching the title screen. This means that all games display something. If you check https://rpcs3.net/compatibility you can see the full stats of each category.
