It is easy to obtain, simply visit https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/ps3/system-software/ and follow the instructions on the screen to download the PS3 Firmware file.
in RPCS3, there is "File" --> "Install .pkg". Choose the update .pkg file from file selection window, then your game update will be now installed to the game. *Edit, I do not know if drag and drop works but if it does, that's great.
