The optimal quest guide lists Old School RuneScape quests in an order that allows new Members to progress in a way that minimises the amount of skill training to completion of all the quests. This guide does not show the most efficient quest order.

So having a look through the RS wiki, I wasn't able to find a stat or item requirement list to complete all F2P quests, so I compiled my own! Hopefully this helps someone out there wanting to gather everything before a mass 65 QP questing sesh. Ability to defeat a level 28 vampyre.
