When the code then runs subsequently, it can incorporate the previous learnings to tier up better and more quickly.

If you're using Blazor already, then Blazor hybrid with MAUI is basically a better electron for mobile deployment imo. It has native blazor integration and only the UI part runs in the webview, everything else is running natively which is less of a hassle than making js wrappers to call electron APIs for native functionality.
