Here is why I think art rubrics are important, how to use them and how to create a rubric for your art lessons.
14 Μαρ 2017 · 1. The General Rubric. This type of rubric defines characteristics of a successful artwork. It is “general,” meaning it does not define specific criteria for each project. Instead, it might define characteristics such as “technique” or “craftsmanship” you are looking for in each completed project.
Once my video students have learned the basics of planning, shooting and editing their media projects, I use this general video scoring rubric to grade their projects. The rubric changes slightly for each project.
