Today, the all-steel precision-fit Single Six commands a premium over a gamut of competing options. But if one appreciates craftsmanship, some form of the Single Six is a must have.
12 Ιουλ 2019 · The Super Single Six model was introduced in 1964. Features include an adjustable rear sight, a ramp front, integral sight rib, and interchangeable cylinders for .22 LR and .22 WMR. Barrel lengths were 4 5/8 inches (rare), 5½ and 6½ inches. About 100 nickel-plated guns were made from 1965 to 1968.
The most accurate load was Winchester’s bulk pack “525” hollowpoint producing a 5/8″ 5-shot group at 20 yards with a muzzle velocity of just over 1,100 fps. This was followed by two loads with 3/4″ American Eagle HP at just under 1,100 fps and Winchester Power Point at just over 1,100 fps.

16 Φεβ 2010 · How does the Single-Six stack up against the Heritage Rough-Rider? They both come in a combo 22lr/22wmr package. The Heritage is about $200 cheaper. I know most folks are going to say the Ruger is better, but does anyone have any experiences with the Heritage?

2 Νοε 2018 · If I were preparing for survival situations and could have only one firearm it would be a rimfire revolver and my choice is the Ruger Single Six Convertible that comes with two cylinders. One will accept 22 LR and all shorter cartridges while the other accommodates 22 WMR and 22 WRF cartridges.
