High Level Alchemy (also known as high alch, hi alch, or HA) is a utility spell available in the standard spellbook. It requires level 55 Magic to cast, and grants 65 Magic experience per cast.
High Level Alchemy is a popular way for mages to train their Magic level, by buying or making valuable items and nature runes, then casting the spell on the items. For example, a player might buy or make magic shieldbows to cast High Level Alchemy on them.

Just reached 21 Magic, and I want to start alching to get my magic up through the 90's. What would the best reasonable item for XP, not for money. (although money would be a bonus)
