You could 4taa with just dual-wield and do more damage than people not using 4taa but even the non-continuous method in OP's video is easy enough to use over just dual-wield 4taa for far more damage. You can't force an auto attack without using magic if you use revolution. However, if you step off your target and wait 2* ticks after GCD, you will auto attack if you click back on your/another target.
