Bronze dragons are the weakest of the metallic dragons, but their bronze scales are far thicker than normal bronze armour. They lay in wait for you in Brimhaven Dungeon and the Chaos Tunnels. You'll be well served by taking a defence against their breath.

That'll help alot, bronze dragons or not. If you're not having great luck with melee, try mage. With mage you don't have to use prayer pots, so that helps. You can just stand back from them with an anti fire pot and shield and kill them no problem. You’re ready for an imbued slayer helm ASAP.
