Instances of areas in the Fremennik Province and underground areas with an entrance in the Fremennik Province will also be included. Access to Kandarin via the bridge south of Rellekka will be blocked by magical barriers.
The optimal quest guide lists Old School RuneScape quests in an order that allows new Members to progress in a way that minimises the amount of skill training to completion of all the quests. This guide does not show the most efficient quest order.
Capes are a piece of equipment which can be worn on characters' backs for cosmetic purposes in addition to a slight statistical advantage. Basic capes were available in both free-to-play and pay-to-play RuneScape Classic. They are commonly used for clan identification, especially in the Wilderness.
