Art for Everyone. Today, the museum’s permanent collection totals more than 60,000 works in a wide range of media, with a focus on Western art from the fifteenth century to the present. Exhibitions. Collections. Publications. Search the Collection.
Admission. The Zimmerli is open to the public and offers FREE admission to all! Museum Hours. The museum is closed Mondays, Tuesdays, major holidays (see below), and in August. Tours may be scheduled starting at 11 a.m., but require 3 weeks' advance notice. Learn more on our Tours page. Holidays.
