Seriously, you do not want to deal with traffic or finding parking in downtown DC with an RV. The bus stops at Cherry Hill Campground.

Want to know the best way to get to your destination when leaving the airport? There are Arlington taxi services curbside, or you can use airport shuttle buses & vans, or you can even pick up a rental car from DCA outside baggage claim areas, perhaps as a one-way rental and drop it off in town.
Use Metro's Yellow or Blue Lines to take you directly to the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Metrorail station. It's closer to the airport than the parking lots. Use the covered walkway to take you into the terminal.
