Naval Special Warfare Operator 2nd Class Ryan Curtis Job (March 11, 1981-September 24, 2009) was a U.S. Navy SEAL who served on SEAL Team 3, Charlie/Cadillac Platoon. Job served along side Navy SEALs Chris Kyle, Marc Lee, Kevin Lacz and Jocko Willink.
2 Αυγ 2017 · In many ways, “Man Down” is the first of what could be called the two-chapter core of Lacz’s book. It describes the downing of one of his team members—Ryan “Biggles” Job—and the fateful events consequent to it.
Lee was the first Navy SEAL killed in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom. A fellow SEAL Team 3 member, Ryan "Biggles" Job, was critically injured by a sniper and Lee single-handedly provided cover fire while other team members prepared Job for medical evacuation.
Involved in a shootout with The Butcher, he helps in killing him. When he returns home to a newborn daughter, Chris becomes increasingly distant from his family. On Chris’s third tour, Mustafa seriously injures a unit member, Ryan "Biggles" Job, and the unit is evacuated back to base.
