25 Ιουν 2012 · I recently bought an inexpensive ($129) RTS10 Benchtop Saw from Home Depot, after previously owning an older BTS10. Some thoughts about it: I use a Festool TS55 track saw and MFT 1080 for everything I can. All crosscuts that exceed the 5 1/2 inch capacity of my chop saw. Rips of anything over 3 or 4 inches up to 4 feet.
17 Φεβ 2018 · If the motor is cool and the reset button doesn't help the motor is probably toast. The reset button if working properly will sense the temperature of the motor wiring and cut the power before it gets hot enough to burn up the motor.
20 Απρ 2012 · The Ryobi RTS-10 might make a good saw for light projects like trim & windows, but I would be hesistant to use it anywheres else. The fence is not made very well, and the table extensions will bend over time if you want to cut heavier stock.

7 Νοε 2010 · If price is the motivating factor, I'd definitely suggest a good full size used contractor saw. You'll end up with a larger, heavier, quieter, more stable, more reliable saw with more growth potential, and better resale value. Saws similar to this one sell in my area regularly in the $150-$300 range: Reply Like.

Big Ryobi fan, but the table saws aren’t well reviewed, to put it mildly. I bought my first table saw last year and got the Skil ts6307. For $300 it’s hard to beat. Fence is great (rack & pinion), and it can take a full dado stack (unlike the DeWalt). My one complaint is the ruler on the fence.
