The City is offering free parking on weekdays after 4:30 p.m. and all day on weekends starting the day after Thanksgiving through December 25 in parts of Downtown, Midtown and Old Sacramento. Please note that the free parking only applies to metered on-street parking spaces within the holiday parking zone highlighted above.
23 Νοε 2022 · The City of Sacramento will once again modify its parking meter operating hours during the holiday season to support local businesses. From Nov. 25 to Dec. 24, no payment will be required at on-street meters after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and all day on weekends, including Old Sacramento.

24 Νοε 2021 · City’s annual free holiday parking returns to Sacramento. The City of Sacramento will modify its parking meter operating hours during the holiday season in select areas to incentivize residents and visitors to dine, shop and attend events in downtown and midtown.
