Safe Mode is a diagnostic mode that enables you to use Windows with basic drivers. If you encounter problems in Windows, restarting in Safe Mode allows you to continue working and to troubleshoot the problem.

14 Σεπ 2020 · I now have installed multiple newer device drivers on my PC including 'HP Wide Vision FHD Camera' and 'HP IR Camera' version 10.0.19041.20148, 22/06/2020. These drivers are currently behaving with the settings that I presently have for the camera.

In the Allow apps to access your camera section of the menu, choose the setting that is most applicable for your webcam. Under Choose which apps can access your camera , select your preferred individual settings to On or Off .
