In the Allow apps to access your camera section of the menu, choose the setting that is most applicable for your webcam. Under Choose which apps can access your camera , select your preferred individual settings to On or Off .

18 Ιουλ 2020 · I can now access recovery options etc, tried Safe Mode and that worked, so it seems unlikely to be a hardware fault. (How best to go on from here in this case is another topic!). Was this reply helpful?
