14 Σεπ 2019 · I am trying to reset my computer to factory settings. I have windows 7. I followed a youtube video, went to control panel > backup and restore > advanced > reset to factory condition, but when the computer boots back up, instead of giving me more options it opens HP Recovery instead and does not let me continue the reset.
