Safe Mode is a diagnostic mode that enables you to use Windows with basic drivers. If you encounter problems in Windows, restarting in Safe Mode allows you to continue working and to troubleshoot the problem. The Safe Mode feature does not install any software.

6 Μαρ 2021 · I restarted my dell inspiron laptop and pressed the F8 key (Im not sure which setup F2 or F12) so I pressed F12 to enter boot options to go on boot manger and I don’t know what to do from there. This web page from Microsoft has a number of options for entering safe mode on startup. And this one from Dell also.
