5 Μαρ 2024 · Solution. The TV can switch into Safe Mode if you install a non-functional app. The last app you installed likely caused the Safe Mode message to pop up. The faulty app needs to be uninstalled: Press the “Settings” or ‘’Home’’ button on the remote control. Select one of the following: [Manage apps] > [See all apps]. [Apps] > [See all apps].
If your Android or Google TV isn't working properly, the issue may be caused by certain downloaded applications. Turning on Safe mode disables all downloaded applications and allows you to check if the TV is operating normally.
