If you report you did not receive your package, Amazon pretty much assumes the driver stole it or allowed it to be stolen by delivering to an unsafe place. Amazon always trusts customers over drivers, even though there are plenty of dishonest customers out there.

Being a great Amazon driver got me nothing with Amazon or my DSP, I just became a great candidate for an extremely fucked up route and this went on for months. Now they can leave someone else in the dark to deliver their bullshit.
I am confused if this is a scam or potentially real? I got this text message: "A driver needs help delivering your Amazon order. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts for Amazon deliveries. I can't find your address." I wasn't expecting any package so this is kind of bizarre. EDIT: False alarm.
