7 Ιουν 2010 · From the castle courtyard, go up the stairs on either side of the castle. The Duke is in the room with the quest symbol. Talk to him and tell him you need a shield that will protect you from dragonbreath. When he asks what dragon you intend to slay, choose the Elvarg option.

Dragon Slayer is a quest that features the player trying to slay the dragon Elvarg on Crandor. It is often described as one of the most difficult quests that a free-to-play player can do and was the last quest to be added to RuneScape before membership was introduced to the game.
Generally, quests in RuneScape consist of gathering materials, delivering items, fighting monsters, escorting NPCs to safety, and solving puzzles to complete a goal. The start point of each quest is marked on the in-game map with a Quest icon ( ) resembling a blue star.

You should bring the best armour and one-handed weapon you can use, along with the anti dragon breath shield, though you may bring another shield as well as you will be near aggressive mid-to-high level monsters.
