Contact the responsible administrator of your BOC product within your company. The administrator can reset your password in the user settings in the administration toolkit. Starter Edition and Community Edition. Click on the link just below the password field to reset your password. Academy Edition.
Login as a RETURNING CUSTOMER. Use FORGOT PASSWORD if you need to reset your credentials. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, check your junk and spam folders. If you cannot access your existing account, DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT (it will not link to your existing information). Contact BOC for assistance.
