Salignac VSOP (70cl) Salignac V.S. was founded in 1809 in Jarnac France by Louis Salignac and is owned by the Courvoisier brand. Salignac is an unique V.S. in that the cognacs are blended before they are aged.
The VS (Very Special) is the youngest cognac produced by Salignac, aged for a minimum of two years, and has a fruity and floral flavor. The VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) is aged for a minimum of four years, giving it a more robust flavor, with hints of vanilla and spice.
