Payments are processed by Paymentus, which accepts payments of up to $750 and charges a $2 processing fee for each transaction.
Pay over the phone. You can call us anytime at (602) 236-8888 to pay your bill. Please make sure to have your nine-digit SRP account number and credit or debit card information handy. Be advised that the Paymentus processing fee of $2 for debit and credit card payments still applies. Pay by mail.

As always, our members can pay their bills by using our night deposits, as well as our office payment kiosks and our IVR phone system. Drive-thru options are also available at Salt River’s Bardstown, Taylorsville, and Shepherdsville locations.
