To address the issue of workplace violence, I will create a plan which I think should be adopted by all organizations. The purpose of this plan is to prevent workplace violence from occurring and it also outlines the process that should be followed if cases of violence are reported.
In response to the findings of the violence risk assessments and requirements of the Violence in the Workplace Regulations, this plan has been created and will be widely communicated to members of the Saint Mary’s Community.
