24 Αυγ 2011 · Uninstall Kies and all drivers, then reboot. Download and install the appropriate drivers from this XDA post. Download and install Kies Mini from Samsung.com (Support at the top, then just select your phone model and go to software). Connect your phone!
13 Νοε 2007 · In device manager, there should be somewhere listed where your samsung is a device. I would advise all manner of un-installing the driver, rolling back the driver. And once again uninstall the software via "add/remove" And then clean your PC though I cannot say whether it will make a difference.

4 Οκτ 2023 · I have latest Samsung Magician 8 working on Windows 11. Here is what I did: Install Samsung Magician. Turn off autostart option after installation has completed (Options button). Delete the link to the app the install placed on the desktop.

4 Αυγ 2015 · I had recently upgraded my laptop from Windows 8.1 to 10. Since the upgrade, I am unable to connect my Android devices as MTP (or Portable Media Player) devices on Windows. The devices that I am using are Nexus 4, Samsung Grand 2 and Kindle Fire HD 7".
The Samsung Update app allows you to download and install recommended apps and drivers for your Samsung PC. It is usually preinstalled on Samsung PCs, but you can download it from the Microsoft Store if you don't see it.
