24 Ιαν 2023 · The following steps resolve this issue: In Settings --> General Management --> Samsung Keyboard settings. Languages and types: Add both Francais (CA) and English (CA) and set them to QWERTY (this allows you to use the French keyboard layout but have the input language set to English).
28 Σεπ 2024 · I've restarted my tablet, I've restarted the keyboard settings, I've cleared my cache, I've even tried turning DeX on and off and nothing has worked. I look in the settings and it says under physical keyboard that nothing is connected.
5 Σεπ 2022 · 1) Uninstall and Re-Install Samsung Keyboard app. 2) Open Samsung Keyboard Settings > select Erase personalized predictions. 3) Double-check the app if is working properly.
17 Μαΐ 2024 · I have the keyboard with trackpad. After a bunch of time I ended up just pressing random keys and it worked again. The problem had to do with changing the default input method from samsung keyboard to some other app I had installed. Thanks though.
there is a NEW PROBLEM now! when i fold the keyboard to the back of the tablet, i.e. when i want to use it in portrait mode, the Dex mode is STILL ON, meaning the tablet does not sense when i folded the keyboard back! furthermore, even when i CLOSED the cover, reopen it, it REMAINS STILL on Dex mode!
5 Ιαν 2022 · When Samsung appears on the screen, release the Power key. Immediately after releasing the Power key, press and hold the Volume down key. Continue to hold the Volume down key until the device finishes restarting.
