17 Ιουν 2024 · I see this happened last December, but I got into work this morning and turned on my Samsung TV and the Samsung TV Plus App is gone. It says it was deleted (I didn't do that) and gives me the option to install it, but when I click install, it does nothing.

20 Δεκ 2023 · when I look at content that is on Samsung TV plus in the home menu it says that the TV plus service has been deleted and needs to be reinstalled. I hit reinstall and nothing happens. I search for the app and it’s not found in the App Store. My TV is telling me that the antenna cable is disconnected.
23 Απρ 2021 · Just yesterday on my 2018 QNQ6F TV, the Samsung TV Plus app appeared and I was very happy with it. Now just today, it is completely gone. I have looked at other solutions and have tried them (Resetting the smart hub, unplugging for 5 minutes, setting the DNS manually to 8.8.8.8) and none of them have worked.

15 Μαρ 2022 · Recently, the TV Plus app has gone missing. Went through online chat with them, couldn't solve anything. Talked to someone on the phone for almost 1 Hour, they used remote access, but the outsourced agent couldn't determine why that app is missing. Reset TV several Times too.
