Go to https://sarawakid.sarawak.gov.my. Click "Register Now!". If you own a MyKad, choose MyKad. Otherwise, choose Passport (for Non-Malaysian). Pick your Sarawak ID and click "Verify Sarawak ID" to check whether it is available. Then, fill in your name (as in your MyKad) and MyKad number.
