27 Μαρ 2010 · It's just hard to find this customer service, and if the accuracy and quality of the rifle hadn't sold me on them, this customer service sure did. When I buy my next rifle, Savage is going to be at the top of my list of ones to consider.
4 Δεκ 2011 · My experience with Savage customer service. I have many reasons I love my Savage rifle, the main one being that it's the most accurate rifle I own or have ever owned. It shoots .8" groups regularly at 100 yards with Federal Power Shok ammo, and similar groups with Winchester Power Points.

7 Οκτ 2016 · Reheadspaced gun has run flawless ever since. I bought a savage 22 bolt gun. Gun would not cock. Called savage they said I was not operating the bolt correctly... after getting off the phone in disgust I took the gun apart and quickly discovered the firing mechanism was incorrectly assembled.
3 Φεβ 2016 · Since COVID, customer service has been miserable. I stripped the same hole on a savage 17HMR. They didn't fix the screw hole, they replace the body of the entire receiver.
20 Δεκ 2008 · Excellent customer service; however, Savage Arms' new policy is not user-friendly. Firing pins are now on the list that need the transaction to go through the FFL. When I told my FFL, he was ****ed and said I should not have to go through the BS.
