This 80-acre slice of the Ozarks outdoors, within the city limits of Springfield, is a place to connect with nature and learn the importance of conservation. Enjoy: three miles of walking trails; educational and informative programs and events; nature and conservation exhibits.
Directions & Parking. PARKING. Parking is available on the Battlefield grounds including a gated parking lot near the Visitor Center and a small lot near the 250th anniversary monument. Relive History. Visit Bushy Run. VISITOR CENTER HOURS. April to October: Wednesday through Saturday: 9:00am-5:00pm. Sundays: 12:00pm-5:00pm. The Museum and Visitor Center will be closed Monday and Tuesday. Golf cart tours of the battlefield will be available one hour after opening each day. The last tour leaves at 3:00 p.m. each day.
