In order to change any profile information registered to your Scentsy, Inc., Pay Portal, please contact Scentsy Customer Support directly at 1-877-855-0617. How do I change my account password? Log in to your Pay Portal. Click Settings > Security. Enter your existing password. Enter and confirm a new unique password. Click Update Password.
