The Philippine Military Academy is the Philipines' premier Military training instituion raising cadets into proud officers of the armed forces of the Philippines.
The AFPRESCOM’s recruitment is supported by the Reserve Commands of the Philippine Army, Philippine Air Force, and Philippine Navy. All of which are also conducting training programs and courses for potential AFP Reservists.
The ROTC grants qualified student-cadets scholarship benefits through a merit-based incentive program in return for an obligation of military service in the reserve force, or active duty in the AFP if given the opportunity, after graduation.
Scholarships are also available for students who join the ROTC. Students will receive a commission in the Army after graduation, including the Army Reserve, active duty, or National Guard. Its goal is to prepare students to serve as officers in their country's military forces following graduation (Rinka, 2019).
Scholarships - There is hereby created a Special Scholarship Program for qualified students taking the NSTP which shall be administered by the CHED and TESDA. Funds for this purpose shall be included in the annual regular appropriations of the CHED and TESDA.
