The Scholarship Online Application is an online platform intended to facilitate better service for Overseas Filipino Workers. By registering in Scholarship Online Application, you are providing the necessary information to OWWA that will enable us to respond to your concerns and provide appropriate services.
OFWs should renew their OWWA membership if they recently renewed their passport, changed an employer, or those with expired work visas (S-Pass, EP, Work Permit Card). In addition, Singapore requires work visas to be renewed yearly, so make sure to renew your OWWA membership as well.

You can apply for OWWA OFW e-card ID online in the following steps: Go to official OWWA website from here https://ecard.owwa.gov.ph/ and enter the required details like your Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Valid POEA OEC number and Passport number.
OWWA OFW e-Card applications can be submitted online at www.owwa.gov.ph by Balik-Manggagawa who is still working abroad. The OFW e-Card pick-up location in the Philippines is currently registered with the OWWA Regional Welfare Offices.
