Sclerosing mesenteritis is a rare entity with a nonspecific histology, and its imaging features are pivotal to the diagnosis. To our knowledge, the multidetector CT and three-dimensional volume-rendered depictions of sclerosing mesenteritis have not previously been described in the literature.
