Permit holder must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Scott Township. A “resident” of Scott Township is an individual that lives/resides in the township. We will only accept the Scott Township resident’s personal check or cash. Rentals must be paid if full.

Ohio State Penitentiary (OSP) Visitation Reservations are required for all visits and must be made at least four, but no more than 30, days in advance via the online registration portal or by calling 330-743-0700 ext. 2111.
A responsible party (21 years of age) or organization representative must complete the reservation form. The renter is responsible for all conduct and any damages caused by their guest(s) and others hired by the renter. Renter will assume all liability for damages and related accidents.
