How do I submit a Short-Term Rental license application? Applications can be submitted in person, emailed to Licensing@gaithersburmd.gov or mailed to City of Gaithersburg, Attention: Licensing, 31 South Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg MD 20877.
Park Reservations. A few have questions about how the new reservation system works and how to get online access to reserve facilities for your event. I’ve included some instructions here (and a video at the bottom) for how to log in to Community Pass and how to make your family account.
Scott Park. Park rentals are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except for the Community Room and the Lodge; the hours are from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM. However, during the recreation program the park rentals start at 2:00 PM on weekdays. Rentals are not available for July 4 and Octoberfest.
TOWNSHIP OF SCOTT PARK RESERVATION Permit holder must be at least 21 years old and a resident of Scott Township. A “resident” of Scott Township is an individual that lives/resides in the township. We will only accept the Scott Township resident’s personal check or cash. Rentals must be paid if full.
A responsible party (21 years of age) or organization representative must complete the reservation form. The renter is responsible for all conduct and any damages caused by their guest(s) and others hired by the renter. Renter will assume all liability for damages and related accidents.
