After exiting the Looping Minka, Yasu enters a swamp covered in sakura trees, lit by lanterns, and covered by fog. While trying to avoid Kaito, Yasu explores — stumbles upon a tiny Minka, and completes a puzzle inside the Minka, revealing a wooden katana hidden behind a chamber.
Upon completing the puzzle, the exit will open up, and you'll find yourself in a hallway; when you walk through the hallway, the Witch will tell you that the monsters are your ancestors. At the end of the hallway, you find your house, and go inside it. That is where Chapter 3 ends.
