There are several ways to apply. 1. Download the Reduced Fare Card Application. 2. Send the filled-out application to Rosa Parks Transit Center, 360 Michigan Ave. Detroit, MI 48226. The filled-out form can also be dropped off Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
