You should try reading the manga from Ch. 91. There’s no other explanation without having to spoil, but you could think of the episode/chapter titles— S3E59 is The Other Side of the Wall, and S4E60 would be The Other Side of the Ocean.
The season follows Eren and his fellow soldiers from the Survey Corps who are still fighting for their survival against the terrifying Titans. However, threats arise not only from the Titans beyond the walls, but from the humans within them as well.
