How to reduce your world size: Hopefully you read the warning above. Anyway, there’s a very useful, up to date tool called MCA selector. Get it here.
The two possible solutions that occur to me are to find a way of either removing all the chunks that I've visited but not actually changed anything or starting a new world and copying the major structures (e.g. my guardian farm and pigman farm - both of which took a long time to make) over.
Like it's predecessor, Secret Rooms, Secret Rooms 2 is made up of 5 levels, each containing 5 hidden rooms. Each of these hidden rooms has its own treasure you must collect to move on. Throughout the map, you must figure out how to access the secret rooms using Minecraft knowledge and tricks.
