I used to pay for my subscription during Shadowlands, selling earned gold for WOW token. Seems like token went up in price a lot since then, so I stopped trying. Selling stuff at auction house, getting professions up and make items for gold is also a good way, including WQs.
Whenever I try and sell arena coaching/carries for gold. I’m silenced the second I make one post in trade chat, but mythic+ guys can sell carries for gold all day long with no downside. What gives?

It takes around 20 minutes to do the four racing quests (~2000G, 2500G if you do the forbidden reach one), plus the arena quest (~600G) plus the gold quests (lets say on average there are three up) (~2000G).
