16 Φεβ 2022 · Log into your main Amazon shopping account and go to "Your Account". Select " Login & security ". Select "Edit" beside Two-Step Verification (2SV) Settings. Select "Disable". Enter the code sent to your phone number, or generated through the authenticator app. Select "Verify code".
The support gal asked for my phone number & email and said I needed to confirm my identity via the email she sent before the call could continue. She probably mentioned the text message too but I was having trouble understanding her.
