25 Σεπ 2024 · Some Sentry Safes have default codes that open the safe and reset the combination. All Security Safes come with the factory code 1-7-5-0-0-# while all Pistol Safes have the default code 1-2-3-4-1. If you have a safe with a default factory code, reset it as soon as possible.
There are three possible ways to unlock and access the safe—by entering its preset 5-digit electronic lock combi-nation, your own user code or a user PIN (Personal Identi-fication Number). You can always open the safe by entering the 5-digit elec-tronic lock combination. This code can not be deleted.

This user manual provides all the information from Master Lock Company / SentrySafe about the S0100 Combination Safe, as detailed in the table of contents. Reading it completely will address most questions you might have.
IMPORTANT: All security safe models initially work using the factory code 1-7-5-0-0 -#. It is highly recommended and important to the security of your valuables that you re-program the safe with a new user code. Once reprogrammed the factory code can no longer be used to open your safe. Programming Your New User Code
Operating instructions. Your safe code is: 1, 7, 5, 0, 0. To open: Enter the code (when a key is pressed, there will be a beep and the LED will flash yellow) followed by pressing the “#” key. Green LED will remain on for 5 seconds. Within 5 seconds, turn the knob clockwise to open the safe door.
