23 Δεκ 2023 · I have been on Zoloft 25 mg. for almost 8 weeks now. For seniors this is the starting dose. I have had no side effects...but feel I may be due for an increase as my anxiety is still not under control.

May cause drowsiness, but is less likely than many other antidepressants to do so. However, caution should still be used when driving or operating machinery until the full effects of the drug are known.
